<blockquote><p>Since 1992 the proportion of 15 to 24-year-old workers employed in casual roles — either part timers or those working full time without leave entitlements — has increased from 41 percent to 58 percent. Other age groups are experiencing the same sort of shift as employers take on more contract workers. The question is, how much of this shift reflects the choice of the employees?</p>
