Cascom is simple
When staff are required to fill a shift, whether it be a hospital, education, industrial, council or retail worker, managers simply log into the Cascom and specify the time, skill and location.
Staff place their work availability – the system automatically matches the most qualified and cost effective staff to the shift and sends out a request via SMS or email. Staff who receive the request then simply accept the offer via SMS.
As soon as the job is accepted Cascom sends confirmation of work and contact details to the staff member. Management are also notified as open positions are filled or remain unfilled
